The products

Two devices built on one moldable magnetic technology

Both products are built on the same core technology: heat-moldable EVA that conforms to the individual ear, held by magnetic force. One treats an injury; the other prevents harm.

The platform

Heat-moldable EVA and magnetic force, applied across a product line

Heat-moldable EVA plus magnetic force is a platform, not a single product. The system that compresses a drained hematoma is the same system that anchors a custom ear plug, and it extends naturally to a broader pipeline of ear health devices.

01
Molds to individual anatomy

Softened in hot water for under a minute, the EVA conforms to every ridge and hollow of the ear, adult or child, then sets on cooling.

02
Magnetic force does the holding

Paired magnets deliver constant, uniform compression for hematoma treatment, or secure retention that keeps a plug in place through any activity.

03
Non-invasive and reusable

No sutures through cartilage, no disposables. Devices are remoldable and designed for repeat use.

Dr. Donald Solomon, MD
Clinician-founded

Dr. Donald Solomon is Director of Pediatric Otolaryngology at Cooper University Health Care, and a former college wrestler and youth wrestling coach. After years of draining hematomas and placing ear tubes, he built the devices his patients kept asking for and the market never delivered. The system has already shown success on multiple patients in his clinic.

Why it matters

“Let your results tell the story, not your ears.

Nine-time Pennsylvania state champion and high school freshman Abby Guzzo has perfect ears and she aims to keep them that way. She will mold her EarArmor auricular hematoma treatment device to her ears pre-season so that it is available should she develop an ear hematoma.

Girls' high school wrestling is the fastest growing sport in America, and a new generation of athletes is deciding cauliflower ears aren't the trophy. That shift is the cultural tailwind behind EarArmor's auricular hematoma device.
