Ear tube placement is the most common surgery in the US: 700,000 procedures a year. Every one leaves a direct route for water into the middle ear, and reliable child-sized protection is hard to find: off-the-shelf plugs don't fit small ears, and professionally molded ones cost $75–$500 per ear and are outgrown in a season.
EarArmor plugs mold to a child's ear in minutes at home, designed by a pediatric ENT who places these tubes. A surgeon could even mold the plugs in the OR during the tube procedure itself.

Molding the plug takes a few minutes at home
A heat-sensitive EVA blank softens in hot water, molds to the individual ear, and sets into a personalized, reusable plug, held in place by the same magnetic technology behind our hematoma system.
